Embroidery and sketchbooks

Mmmm, the new issue of Embroidery arrived yesterday. I love that magazine, and how cute is that cover?!

A couple of weeks ago I realised that WH Smith may no longer stock the sketchbooks I've been using, so I went on a hunt for a replacement. Which actually wasn't that hard to find. Last year Tony and I went to the Tate and he bought a sketchbook for me (which I haven't used yet; it was too nice and precious! But I think I'm going to use it now) and it is made by a company called seawhite - non-wholesale customers (i.e. you and me) can buy their sketchbooks through their site

They've got loads of different ones, so I chose three different ones to see which one I like best. I've got two square books and one which isn't square, but which has 100% recycled paper. I can't wait to finish the sketchbook I'm currently using, so I can dig into these babies! ;-)
