This was lunch. Leftovers from dinner last night and a home made roll. Simple as can be. :-)Ok, my sweet Tony needs your help! He's been bitten by the bicycle bug and is doing a charity bike ride next month. And seeing as it's for charity, he needs some sponsors! The bike ride is Hearts First Bike Ride - London to Southend 2008 and it supports the British Heart Foundation. A very noble cause indeed.
