Leftover lunch

'Scuse the not so great photo. The pizza itself was awesome. Ha ha!

The base is made with regular flour and spelt flour. Then, the topping: base slightly brushed with some tomato sauce I had in the fridge. Thin slices of potato and onion. Grated parmesan cheese sprinkled liberally all over. Bake for 20-25 minutes in 220° C oven. So yummy!

Sooo, tomorrow I'm going to the Danish embassy and afterwards I'm going to pop down to the Natural History Museum and V&A to do some drawing. I haven't done that in absolutely ages!

If anyone wants to join me - and I know this is totally like last minute, but anyway - email me! But keep in mind that I'm leaving home around 9AM tomorrow morning... ;-)
