this focaccia recipe from Gary Rhodes over on Good Food. It is deeeelish! It has crushed/mashed potatoes in it and you can top it with onion if you fancy.
Did I mention it is deeeelish? Unless you are really very hungry indeed, or have several people to feed, I recommend making half a portion. A whole portion would be a lotta focaccia!
Instead of the powdered maltose (which I am still not 100% sure what is), you can use normal sugar.
