I would have to say my favorite color is Raspberry Sorbet. I just made some sachets decorated with felt. Wish I had these lovely colors to choose from.

I really like using felt on cards: I made a really cute Valentine's Day card with a big red heart for my loved one. My favourite colour is probably Lavender although Clematis & Amethyst give it a run for its money...

would have a few ideas what I could do with these gorgeous felt squares. I am soon gonna decorate Lucy's new bedroom and would use the felt for that. i could make loads of lowers garlands to hang over her furniture and wrap around her white metal bed frame. Or I was going to paint flowers on her walls but now I am thinking I could make some felt flowers instead and stick them on the walls. or loads of felt patchwork cushions in all the colours of the rainbow to scatter all over her room and make it real cosy. the choices are endless...

Oh so many beautiful colors! Hot Sahara is my favorite. If I had the felt I'd first make a colorful nest for my crocheted birdies and then used left-overs for making small soft toys like I used to when I was a kid, decorate an album or note-book cover with applique and use the rest for making some fun jewelry!

OH Coconut Ice is so refreshing! I love that color! But it was really hard to pick, I could make an argument for all the colors!

oh how delish!! I am going to be greedy and say all the colours of the rainbow. These would make beautiful flower scarves sewn together in a huge long strand to wrap around my neck and give as teacher gifts at the end of the year. Lovely soap pockets decorated with ric rac and felt flowers. The scraps? What scraps? Finger puppets, little treasure bags, flower brooches/hair clasps that attach to the front of a birthday card to donate to the school fete. What beautiful colours. What endless possibilities.

I want to try to make something of felt for quite a while..I'd love to make little flowers as embellishments for my travel journal. Or some other shapes :) And maybe a headband decoration or use it like a jewelry :)

What a fantastic giveaway. I made some little felt chicks in a crocheted material nest for the baby in our family. See them at http://tizduster.typepad.com/tizduster/2010/03/its-not-easter-but-i-couldnt-resist.html
And I am also going to make her a felt camera.

Bright and colourful felt garlands are so easy to make and so great to brighten up any space! I love using them for parties or even as everyday decoration to make a blank wall extra happy! Thanks for the giveaway!

I'm making my 2 year old a play kitchen, so I'd definitely use the felt to make play food! Can't you just imagine the rainbow of cupcakes and salads and little petit fours? Yum!
Thanks for the giveaway!

If I had to pick a favorite, I'd say "tango", but there are a lot of beautiful colors!

I know it's not mind-blowing, but I like to make felt jewelry, particularly brooches and cuffs/bracelets. Also, I made a ton of Christmas ornaments with felt last year, and probably will make more this year too.

These wonderful colors would work great for brooches or embellishments, flexible works of art to give as gifts or wear in a variety of ways.

I'm a sucker for evocative color names, so "First Kiss" would have to be my favorite. I love doing all sorts of things with felt, but I think that my favorite is making tiny doll clothes like this: http://dollfieville.com/gallery/honey/roses/003.jpg

Casey said...

I hope I win because I know exactly what I want to do with this! I want to make an alphabet poster

I have just finished a project with felt, making little felt cupcakes with little felt strawberries on top. This is an idea :)

i used up all my felt from that project, so this giveaway is perfect!

Gorgeous felt! I saw a really cute pattern on Craft for baby booties made with felt so I'd maybe make them for my niece or nephew that's due soon.

Hi Carina,

This is such a lovely giveaway! I run a free textile group for children from 7 - 11yrs and I think I would make some crafty bits with them. I find felt is brilliant for children - no fraying fabric or hemming to be done. We’d probably make some little needle cases in fun shapes and decorate with beads and buttons...plenty of glorious colour!

Sandy at Teacup Lane said...

All the colors are yummy - but "thistle" is very pretty. I would love to try to make something out of good felt. I just have the stuff from Michael's (our big craft/hobby store).

How Lovely! I would probably use it to finish up my Bird on a Hoop embroidery :) Thanks for hosting this!

i really love pebble! i like grey-ISH colors! : )

It's lovely to see felt in subtle shades as well as brights! I think my favourites are Mulberry Mood and Hush Green.

chococatania said...

It is so hard to pick a favorite color. Lately I've been drawn to reds and pinks - so I just love Splendid Pink and Raspberry sorbet, but then I notice the blues (Trafalgar! Love in a Mist...), and greens (arundel and Linden), and then there's yellow (fiesta gold, yellow crocus, primrose)...

I just bought a new couch, so I think that I'd make a pillow with felt applique. I'm thinking that the image would be a cupcake. Or maybe a bird. Or maybe one of both.

Thanks for hosting the give-away!

Robyn said...

That looks soooo yummy! :) I recently die-cut some felt into flowers and made some flowers mounted on vintage dictionary paper in a frame. I'm dying to play with some yummy felt some more! Thanks for hosting such a fun give-a-way!!

Oh Wow! These are beautiful! I would have to say my favorite color would have to be linden, but it's hard to choose just one!
If I won them, I would like to use them to make pin-wheel pins for one of my best friend's baby showers this summer...
Thanks for holding this give-away Carina! Best of luck to everyone!

Those colors are delicious!

I love cutting out little circles of felt, and stringing them together (in a stack or edge to edge), or linking them into penny rugs, or adding them to other projects. Really, the possibilities are endless.

<3 Japonica Pink
It would match excellently well with my newest coral drop beads that my boyrfriend bought for me - I look or materials to combine them with in my jewellery but i don't have much pink.. i have mostly green and blue

I've never had felt to play with so i would have a big play day (or play-month) admiring the colours and embroidering onto the felt. and making maybe an ipod case!

thankyou for the fun, Carina ^_^
