Share what you are working on

Hello, hello, hello! How are you doing on this fine Thursday? I am writing this in my lunch break from the Big Project. Literally with the fork (mmmm, leftover pasta!) in one hand!

I noticed there is a bunch of new followers of the blog lately: a special hello and thanks to you! Feel free to leave a comment so I can visit you too. :-)

I am almost done with my Big Project. Huzzah! Phew! The to-do list for it has gone down from 3-4 pages to only about 1. I am so close to finishing! But it will probably be a couple of weeks before I can share it with you. If you think I can stand the excitement you are absolutely 100% wrong. I feell like jumping up and down "I want it now! I want it now! I want it now!"

But of course, that isn't very dignified, so I won't do that. Or...will I?!

PS I got the idea for this sort of linky image fun thing from Annemarie's blog which you should totally check out if you have a few spare moments! Ok?

PPS For those of you reading this in a reader, the linky image fun thing may not show up, so if you want to see what it is AND play along - you will have to leave the comfort of your reader and click on over here.... sorreeee! ;-)

That big pile of yarn in all sorts of colors is making me wish I hadn't committed myself to all one color in this baby blanket! I've been thinking about a pretty orange for the edging, though.

I ended up deleting and re-adding my current project a couple of times--I looked at the form, thought "hmm, how do I put in the description of the project like everyone else did? Oh, right, name." and then still reflexively put my own name in there. Twice. Oops!

Oooh.. all that yarn! Love it!

I just wrote a post of what I'm currently working on! Among things for my (soon to be open. One day...) etsy store.

Love the colors! :) Thanks for all the inspiration!

I made this (http://vimeo.com/13732067) for a chance to win a spot at a photo workshop in Seattle...keep your fingers crossed for me!

And I also made another version of a hat/scarf set I made a few months back for one of my daughter's little friends: http://thefrenchimport.blogspot.com/2010/04/in-n-outand-outand-out.html

It was a busy day to say the least :)

Hi, I just discovered your blog today and I think it is a wonderfully crafty resource! Love it!

Right now I am working on 50 knit argyle coffee cozies for a wholesale order for a coffee roastery in Australia. So much fun!

What's the Big Project? Is it a secret?!
What I should be working on is my "1,000,000 Leaves" project...I've drawn 203 out my goal of 1,000,000...long way to go! But alas, tonight I am far too sleepy. Enjoying a lazy evening with a glass of wine...

The Big Project is finished now - I'm just waiting for the finished result! Which is nothing to do with all the yarn.. that's just a pretty picture.. ;-)
